Ryan Chiodo

Ryan A. Chiodo, Broker, has announced the formation of Chiodo & Associates, Inc. , a full service real estate company based in Estero, Fl. The company specializes in new construction, waterfront homes, golf course communities, and recently formed a rental division handling properties from Fort Myers to Naples.

Chiodo moved to Bonita Springs in 2001 after graduating from the University of Buffalo, in Buffalo, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Since beginning his real estate career, he has been honored as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer when associated with Downing-Frye Realty where he also earned top agent honors for two consecutive years.

Chiodo is an active and contributing member of the Fort Myers Board of Realtors, Naples Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Bonita Chamber of Commerce.

Chiodo & Associates currently has approximately 50 listings, priced from the $200s to $5 million from South Fort Myers to Marco Island.

The Company is experiencing unprecedented growth and hopes to have over 300 properties under manangment by 2007 year end.
